What Can I Expect From This Group?
This is a small virtual group (8 people max) to ensure everyone has space to share or simply exist quietly if that’s what you need that day.
This is a relaxed hobby / craft night type of support group, so feel free to bring yours to work on during group
Opportunities for body doubling (working on tasks alongside others)
Space to move around — stretching, pacing, fidgeting are welcome
Practice gentle somatic exercises
Conversations about executive functioning struggles & strategies
Exploring options and adaptations that can help with more consistent healthy habits
Support navigating neurodivergence in an ableist society
Some days you may want to talk.
Some days you may just want to listen and work on your art.
Both are welcome here.
Who leads the group?
Kate Snow, LCPC, ATR, EMDR-trained
As someone with ADHD, I’ve lived the overwhelm, the constant unfinished tasks, the endless forgetfulness and the internalized shame that is often embedded into our experience. I’ve spent years experimenting, adjusting, and rebuilding systems that actually work with my brain instead of constantly fighting it. I facilitate this group from lived experience, and from deep respect for how hard you’re trying. I now help create spaces where ADHD brains are supported rather than treated as a problem to solve.
