“Shame grows in isolation but shrinks when met with compassion.”

What Makes Dragonfly Alchemy Unique: Transform Your Healing
I do not focus on surface-level coping skills.
This is deep, sustainable healing that helps you feel connected, clear, and grounded.
-
Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behaviors, I recognize that trauma is stored not just cognitively, but physiologically and emotionally. I approach each session by looking at the whole person within the environments and systems that shape their life.
My work is grounded in holistic and decolonized trauma-informed care, acknowledging that mental health is deeply influenced by relational, cultural, social, and structural factors. Healing is not only internal; it is relational, environmental, and collective.
Holistic trauma therapy here includes talk therapy alongside body-based (somatic) practices, EMDR, mindfulness, ecotherapy (including walk-and-talk sessions in nature), restorative energy practices, and nervous system regulation techniques to support deeper, lasting healing.
The goal is not just symptom relief, but helping your system move from survival patterns into greater safety, integration, and self-trust.
-
I combine advanced trauma certifications, specialized clinical training, and integrative therapeutic approaches to provide deeply attuned, comprehensive care.
My work is guided by both lived experience and an ongoing dedication to professional development.
I actively pursue advanced trainings and remain engaged with current research to ensure I am practicing at the forefront of trauma treatment. By blending modalities thoughtfully and strategically, I create therapy that evolves with both the science and your healing process.
I bring several specialized techniques that don’t revolve around only talking about your experiences including; Somatic Therapy, Art Therapy, & EMDR Therapy.
You don’t have to analyze your experience in detail or retell it repeatedly—the healing happens through the brain’s natural processing system.

Traditional therapy models tend to focus on ‘controlling’ or suppressing emotions and don’t always take into consideration context and how environments are impacting clients. This leads to the client experiencing more internalized shame and leaves them feeling stuck asking themselves, “Why can’t I just control this? Why can’t I stop doing this? What’s wrong with me?”
I help clients unlearn shame-based patterns, reconnecting with their body’s intuitive wisdom, and strengthening self-trust. When shame no longer drives your choices, the inner battle quiets—making space for clarity, confidence, and a life that feels fully aligned with who you truly are. No more hiding, shrinking, or abandoning your values to stay safe.

My work is intentionally designed for adults navigating the intersection of ADHD and complex trauma — not just one or the other. ADHD can intensify emotional sensitivity, rejection experiences, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation, while complex trauma often shapes attachment patterns, self-concept, and stress responses. When these overlap, traditional therapy approaches may miss key layers.
I integrate somatic therapy, EMDR, and neurodivergent-affirming care to address both executive functioning challenges and trauma-based survival patterns. This means we work with the nervous system, identity repair, relational wounds, and burnout — rather than focusing only on productivity or coping skills. The goal is sustainable regulation, self-trust, and healing that honors how ADHD and trauma interact in your lived experience.
-
Trauma & ADHD can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or trapped in patterns that don’t feel right or cause you to feel like you need to escape — even after years of therapy. Body-based trauma work moves beyond coping and insight, toward real nervous system healing, so life feels more grounded, connected, and fulfilling.
Instead of just surviving, you can build a life you don’t want to escape from.
My goal is to help you reach a place where therapy feels less like a necessity and more like a support—where you have the tools, confidence, and inner stability to move through the world with greater ease, less internal turmoil, and more self-trust.

EMDR Intensive Sessions are extended therapy sessions (typically 2–4 hours) designed to accelerate healing and trauma processing, rather than traditional once weekly therapy. Intensives allow us to stay focused on one target memory or theme without the stop-and-start of 55-minute sessions, which supports deeper nervous system processing and integration in a contained timeframe.
Instead of stretching the work over months, intensives allow your brain and nervous system the space they need to process fully — with grounding, pacing, and integration built in.
Please note that intensives are not covered by insurance, and do not qualify for out-of-network reimbursement from insurance in the same way that weekly sessions are.
